Reading of the Preamble of the Indian Constitution by officials of the High Commission on 26th November 2020

As India celebrates (Constitution Day) today, the High Commission officials read out the Preamble of the Indian Constitution both in Hindi and English to relive the memories of this day in 1949 when the Constitution, drafted by the Constituent Assembly led by the legendary Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar, was adopted.

The Indian Constitution, that has been Free India's guiding document, is the longest written Constitution of any sovereign state in the world.
