On 18th August 2022, first batch of students from ICT Resource Centre set up with Indian assistance at Nelson Mandela African Institute of Science & Technology, Arusha graduated with Master's degree in Information Systems and Network Security (ISNS) & Wireless and Mobile Computing.

The ICT Resource Centre at Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology (NM-AIST) Arusha was set up in 2016 to strengthen bilateral cooperation between the Government of India and Tanzania in Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Government of India has deployed two Indian experts from Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC) under Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MEITY), GoI at the ICT Resource Centre. These experts are currently conducting two Master's programme in (i) Information Systems & Network Security (ISNS) and (ii) Wireless & Mobile Computing (WiMC).
