Celebration of 153rd birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi (2 October 2022)

High Commission of India celebrated 153rd birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi at the University of Dar es Salaam on 2 October 2022. High Commissioner Binaya Srikanta Pradhan paid respects and offered floral tributes to Mahatma Gandhi and Mwalimu Julius Nyerere. He was joined by distinguished guests, representatives from University of Dar es Salaam, High Commission staff and Indian Community in Dar es Salaam.

Students of Indian School, Dar es Salaam and music teachers from Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre sang melodious bhajans on the occasion.
