High Commissioner Binaya Srikanta Pradhan paid tributes to the Indian soldiers at the Commonwealth war graves-Tanga Memorial Cemetery; 330 Indian soldiers laid down their lives fighting Germans in Tanga in WW-I in Nov 1914 which was a major German centre in East Africa. The Memorial is a testimony of supreme sacrifice by the Indian soldiers.
