During his maiden visit to the capital city of Dodoma on March 28-29, 2022, Deputy High Commissioner, Mr. Manoj Bihari Verma interacted with members of Indian community in Dodoma at Hindu Mandal Temple premises. DHC also met with members of Tanzanian business community and discussed trade and commercial matters.

 


DHC met with Director, Geological Survey of Tanzania on 28 March and discussed ways of collaborations and partnerships for the benefit of investors in mining sector.

 

On 29th March, DHC visited University of Dodoma (UDOM) and met with Vice Chancellor, Prof. Faustine K Bee and Prof. Said A Vuai, Principal, College of Natural and Mathematical Science.
They had constructive discussions for cooperation between India and Tanzania in the area of education and capacity building. Many Indian professors are teaching at College of Natural and Mathematical Science of UDOM.
