Mr. Edson Sizya Bundala, Manager at Rural Water Supply & Sanitation Agency (RUWASA) in Rungwe District, Mbeya was welcomed at the High Commission on 10 May 2022, before his departure to India to study M.Tech in Water Resources Development & Management at IIT Roorkee under ICCR scholarship programme.
