High Commissioner Binaya Srikanta Pradhan had an excellent meeting with Minister of Culture, Arts & Sports H.E. Mohamed Omary Mchengerwa & Permanent Secretary H.E. Hassan Abbasi on 17 June 2022. Mr Arindam Mukherjee, Director of Institute of Social and Cultural Studies who also attended the meeting presented his research on Indian Ocean Region to Minister of Culture.
