The High Commissioner Shri Binaya Pradhan met the Hon. Minister for Water H.E. Mr. Jumaa Aweso at the Ministry of Water in Dodoma on 06 September, 2021

Others in attendance included the Hon. Deputy Minister H.E. Ms. Maryprisca Mahundi, the Hon. Permanent Secretary H.E. Mr. Anthony D. Sanga, the Director General of RUWASA, the Deputy High Commissioner of India Mr. R. Chandramouli and some of the Directors in the Ministry.

India is the largest partner of #Tanzania in the water sector. India has offered more than US$ 1 billion in soft loans (Lines of Credit) and has already executed large scale water projects benefitting millions of Tanzanians who did not have easy access to clean drinking water.
