Mining & Construction Business
BEML offers a comprehensive and diverse range of mining machinery for opencast mines.  BEML produces machines such as Hydraulic Excavators, Bulldozers, Wheel-Loaders, Wheel Dozers, Dump Trucks, Motor Graders, Pipelayers, Tyre Handlers, Water Sprinklers and Backhoe Loaders.  BEML has been in existence since 1964 and has sizable market share in domestic with more than 7000 units deployed across various sectors of economy.  BEML has exported more than 1000 units of mining and construction equipment worth about US$ 275 million to more than 68 countries of various continents.

BEML has all the required competence, capacity, resources and established infrastructure to get associated with large infrastructure, mining projects as a reliable supplier of equipment.

Defence Business
BEML keeps Indian Army and other Defence Forces abreast with state-of-the-art Military equipment.  BEML is manufacturing variants of heavy duty all-terrain trucks, Field Artillery Tractor, Medium & Heavy Recovery Vehicle, Pontoon Mainstream Bridge Systems, Crash Fire Tenders, Mobile Mast Vehicle.  BEML also supplies Engineering Mine Ploughs, Tank Transportation Trailers, Armoured Recovery Vehicles, Milrail Coaches and Wagons apart from Aircraft towing tractors, Weapon loading equipment.

Metro & Railway Business
BEML is the nation’s first rail coach manufacturing company and is the only Indian company which has forayed into High-tech Metro Trains deployed for intra-city commuting.  BEML has supplied more than 18000 units of Rail coaches and 700 Electric multiple units (EMUs) to Indian Railways, 1500 Nos of Metro coaches of Standard Guage & Broad Gauge coaches to various Metro Rail Corporations of India.  For the Indian Railways, BEML supplies include Integral Rail Coaches, Overhead Inspection Cars, Postal Vans, AC/DC Electric Multiple Units Stainless Steel EMUs, Utility Vehicles, Track Laying Equipment, Broad Guage Railbus, Treasury Vans, Spoil Disposal Units. With a wide array of experience and expertise gained over the years, BEML can offer state of the art Metro coaches exceeding the expectations of all stake holders meeting international standards.
