Lecture by High Commissioner at CSC Duluti (20 March 2023)

High Commissioner Binaya Srikanta Pradhan delivered a lecture on India's foreign policy at Command and Staff College Duluti on 20th March 2023. He also interacted with the Commandant of CSC Duluti Brig. Gen. S Ghuliku and discussed issues of mutual interest. A 6-member Indian Military Training Team is deployed at the institute since 2017.
