It has come to the High Commission of India’s notice that some private parties have offered to arrange/operate air charter services to and fro several countries. It is hereby made abundantly clear that no, *repeat no*, chartered flights to India can be operated by anyone without specific, explicit and exclusive written approval of the Government of India for each individual flight. All Indian citizens living in Tanzania are, therefore, requested not to believe any such misleading offers for travel to India during the time the existing ban on flights to and fro India is in vogue.
