The drinking water supply projects in 24 towns of Tanzania, supported by US$ 500 million LOC from the Government of India, is currently underway & making good progress. Capacity building assistance is also being extended to the water ministry officials at Indian institutes under ITEC program.
Under this collaboration, 15 officials from Ministry of Water of Tanzania will be pursuing a 2-year MTech programme at Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee (2024-2026)..
