The ministerial committee on reform of Dr. Salim Ahmed Salim Centre for Foreign Relations of Tanzania, led by Amb Khamis Kagasheki, held productive discussions with High Commissioner Mr. Bishwadip Dey to gain insights into structure & workings of India's foreign policy training institutes and strengthening partnership with India.
