The High Commission of India is pleased to inform that the Council for Leather Exports (CLE) is organizing the 7th edition of Bharat Footwear and Leather Expo (BFLEX), earlier known as the Delhi International Leather Expo at the India International Convention and Expo Center (IICC), Dwarka, New Delhi, India from 12-14 November, 2025.
2. The previous edition of the event had witnessed 4092 business meetings with participation of Indian and foreign exhibitors. CLE aims to host more than 400 Indian exhibitors and 100 overseas exhibitors for this 7th edition of BFLEX. Participation Charges (WITH EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT): We are notifying the Early Bird participation charges for different sizes of booths, as under:-

All the above slab rates are worked out as per early bird discount charges i.e. @ USD 183/EURO 160 per sq. mtrs and will be applied for the bookings till 31st July, 2025. After 31st July, 2025, normal charges @ USD 210/EURO 182 per sq. mtrs will be applied for all bookings.
Exhibitors will be provided the following, free of cost:-

· Free listing of company profile in the publicity and promotional materials
· Stuffing paper, S hooks and garment hangers, for product display
· 25% discount on the advertisement charges, in the Exhibitors catalogue

Hosted Buyer Program for the foreign buyers : Buyers keen to source the above said products from India can avail the Hosted Buyer package to visit New Delhi for attending the show. Eligible / selected buyers shall be offered the following facilities:-
